RECEPTION
Fully equipped reception area is a place where all visitors to the facility are received.
The reception area comprises of natural ventilation through windows on side wall. The reception area is connected to the main hallway area giving easy access to office area
OFFICE L1
The large space office situated at the entry of the main hallway corridor. It has another roller door access which makes it perfect for production.
OFFICE L2
Fully furnished multi purpose large office workspace. For fresh air and cross ventilation the office consists of skylights which brings in the direct sunlight.

OFFICE L3
Ample space for small and large productions. The left office is spacious with the modern interior decor.
OFFICE L4 BOARDROOM
Multi purpose boardroom with extra light setup perfect for large production companies. The boardroom is located in the middle of main hall way facing towards left, commonly used as a base for production or can be utilised for many other options.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is essential for clients working on the premises and allows crews to have a separate area to make tea, coffee or have meals
